Game is partly black and i cannot do anything

Hey Guys, i hope you figure out a problem i recently have. One hour ago, i was playing Haven with the Elder Client, all was good. Then, i shortly logged out. Then, when i tried to logg in again, i couldnt click on "where you logged out" and so i had have to click on "your hearthfire". Then the game opend, but i just see the trees, our house, etc. The whole ground, the grass, etc. were black! And I couldnt move or click at something. My character stood above my hearthfire, and i also could see my character laying in the bed!! I tried at least 10 times to logg in, but alwasy the same picture. And funny, my boyfried, who was also playing, got kicked out of the game. And after he wants to logg in again, he had the same problem as i.

So we thought that our java version was the problem, and we downloaded the newest java version. After that we had have problems with the run.bat too. And in addition, the standart client doesent work. So we cannot start a new game with the standart client. Now, we downloaded the elder client again, and at least, we could start the game. But the problem we have is still there. So i just made a new character, and as i travel to the hearthfire of a friend, the same problem appears.

So, i would really appreciate it, if anyone can help me. And i hope you dont mind my english, its not my foreign language.

There's a troubleshooting chart in The Wizards' Tower to help with getting the client started. Also, some computers just have a hard time getting the clients to load when started and can take 20 minutes or more. If you open up Task Manager (or an equivalent program) you should see java.exe or javaw.exe in the processes tab and the amount of RAM being used constantly ticking up.

Issues with 3rd party clients need to be addressed to the creators/users of those clients in The Wizards' Tower. The Bugs section is for issues relating to the original client and/or server and gameplay problems. (Please don't bring issues of lag here. We all have it. The devs know about them. The devs aren't fixing much of them right now.)

sometimes this happens to me when my computer has been on too long, or if i have too many things open

try restarting your computer and only running the game, see if that works

Well, the prob is still there, but i just ask in the wizards tower for help. And i restartet my pc at least 4 times... thats not the solution.
