Hello I learn "Masory Skill" ... but dont have the "Brickwall" in "Build > Walls and Fences" what can do ?

You have to discover both bricks and wrought iron yourself, not be given or have found either.

because you need to discover:
glue, blocks, rope and leather

It's not a bug. You need to discover all the materials for the item/building you're about to make yourself. So if you want to build a brickwall you'll have to put clay in a kiln and take the bricks out yourself and put cast iron bars in a finery forge and take out the bloom yourself. After that you'll have to make wrought iron out of the bloom at an anvil.
If you find all these things in a chest or have stolen it you will not be able to build a brickwall.
