login-freezeup

this issue never happened before, and is certainly related to: the death of a character.
a character owns a plot of land, i have my hearthfire on this plot of land.
that character died and made a descendant, then created a hearth secret and told it to me.
when i log in to enter his hearth secret and thus be able to move freely on the claim (where i log in), everything freezes. the dreamcatcher nearby sways once, then stops moving. i cant open menus, etc etc. i dont have a hearth secret, so he cant add me and allow trespassing.
what to do?

additional info. he has declaimed the plot, meaning my hearthfire is no longer on claimed land. i can't log in where my character is, even though he's on my hearth fire, and when i do log on *at my hearth fire, it still freezes instantly. another character on this account has no trouble playing.... only said character has the issue.

Solved. I'm using enders client, and--- i'll spare you the details of how or why i think the problem arose. conjecture it would be. I went into my hnh 64 file, found a file called belts_THENAMEOFMYCHARACTER.conf, and deleted it. problem isn't any more.

No conjecture about it. There are known issues with the belt save files. That I'm aware of Ender hasn't been able to track the issue down in the client and (this might be pure conjecture on my part) it might reside in the server code.
