When in party, "Follow" is unclickable.

It always bothers me when I'm in a party and I click someone's name. The top one, the "follow" command, is always covered up by my character's picture. Chat is also covered for the first player in the party. I think this needs to be addressed.

Basically, when you have that little swirly thing come up for actions with something, have it come up on top, instead of under other ui.

Yeah, I know. I honestly haven't just bothered to fix it. Just so that you know, you can "click-through" the avatar to hit the options. I'll get around to it.
