Lost Claim

Last sunday i log in after server restart, and see how some naked man with travelers bag run to me at airplain speed, seems he run over building object but dont sure, and kill me. I dont see my claim and then i log in new char there still was no claim and sake.
How its possible?
It happens in 10-20 min after restart and i place claim in hour or 2 before, or longer. It was little claim about 10x10, but i dont see Village Idol near not before restart neigher after.

How its possible?

Start a new character and inherit from your old character. In the starting room, there is a runestone where you can do that.
