Mansion problems

I looked through a few pages in the bugs forum and have not seen this 1 mentioned before

sometimes when i try to enter my mansion with my main it doesnt work just twitchs at the door. an alt on another account get strait in. if i relog i can get in but then when i leave i cant get back in again.

will try deleting my cache/con fig file or whatever it is. i am having this problem on more than 1 computer.

anyone got any ideas ??
