No crafting option

I was recently killed on a newbie character that had 10 cooking, survival, farming and exp. He had crafting recipes from his previous death from inheritance. But as I said was killed again after I relocated.

So I inherited again and this time I cannot craft or have 0 option to craft. I tried to discover cone cow just to see if maybe I needed discovery again but after gathering sticks and a pine cone I didn't receive any discovery nor did it open up any option to craft.

Is this a known bug? Has anyone else had this happen? Do I need to scrap the character all together and start over?

Have you re-bought any skills since reincarnating? If not, try getting foraging or something to see if you need that to make cone cows.

I relogged and it fixed all the stats including LP.
