Hello. I died and inherited my character and like, bug happened? I can't change my peaceful to increase learning ability.. I'm just going to post pictures to explain my problem..

You're not full change. Full change gives the majority of the Learning ability. Once you get the change slider maxed out, you should have 360 again.
