can't login - "connection timed out: connection"

i wonder if someone fixed this error.
I'm using Windows 7 x64 , JREx64 and Ender Client also x64.

When im trying to log in im getting error "connection time out: connection"

can someone help me with this? pls

Have you been playing before?

Did you change settings for Browserproxy, Firewall, Antivirus or Router?

Did you try more often to log in?

Yes, i've been playing before.

All settings (for Browserproxy, Firewall, Antivirus or Router) are the same.

I'm trying to login every day, and not only once per day.
