graphic bug?

Hi everyone, yesterday i was walking near a bwall when i saw this:

Is the first time it happen to me.
I dont know if it is a graphic bug or the game is in this way.

I would look at it if it was a jpg or png and not at dropbox but an image hoster and [img] tags here

tiff and dropbox in combination smells very insecure...so i grabbed it with extra safety messures and changed to suggestions above

difference of graphic glitch and bug? Graphic glitch is just what you see while a bug could make you stuck in wall
(when hitboxes not working as they should)

difference in Tiff and jpg/png - tiff is larger in size and can thus better be used to hide malicious code in it

difference dropbox/ imge hoster - at dropbox you can drop/dl any code - at image hoster only images (and most hosters scan for malicious code)
