Alternatively, anthill spoils are still softcapped.

They're supposed to be limited to a minimum of 10, so you don't get useless q3 crap for the first few days.

just realized fish are also HARDCAPPED by fishing equipment, can only get q10 fish at a node I'm fishing. to check I grabbed an old fishing pole that was lower quality and it capped at same quality as that pole...
