Not to sure if its a bug, but i recall being able to reconnect in your boat if the game just closed for what ever reason, well it seems that if you dc in a boat you cant relog when you were

No, this is not true.
When someone moves your boat, you log back standing on water as if it were a normal tile, and it acts like the only normal tile on the river;
You can't move on any other tile if you don't have Swimming enabled.

there are 2 times it has happened to first one, the boat was taken and i relogged on the water in the middle of the river and ported back to home, second time i couldnt log in at the spot so im guessing it wasnt taken

AFAIK it's a 3x3 area you can walk on, not just 1 tile. just sayin'

AFAIK it's a 3x3 area you can walk on, not just 1 tile. just sayin'

It's 1 tile.
