Weird graphical bug

So, I was drinking wine to teleport. It made me overstuffed so I wanted to plow and drink to be able to run again.
I plowed with my hands and in the middle of it I started drinking popping this window up:



I couldn't interact with anything at all anymore.
Seems like OUR wagon inventory since those stuff is in it.

Its the infamous ghost inventory. I have been trying to track down why it happens or where the client goes wrong to do this but haven't found it. Issue with it is that its very very rare and is hard to replicate to pin down where it goes wrong in the code.
