Can't login

A friend and I were going to start playing this today, but when we tried to login, I wasn't able to. He is, and he is having trouble figuring stuff out but I am unable to logon. How can I fix this/ what information do you guys need to help me?

Login probs: make sure your Java is working properly and is enabled for Browsers in Java Control Panel
also make sure you write in the right password - if you still can't login post what message it shows
