Every cavebulb I've ever found has been Quality 10. I've got 112 survival, so that's not the issue. Is their quality determined by a quality point, and I'm just unfortunate enough that my (very large) cave network doesn't contain one? Or is there simply no way to find cavebulbs over Q10?
Anyone found better ones at all?

I think it might be affected by a soil quality point above ground.
I recall one of my villagers bringing in a q30~ cave bulb by looking through a cave near the q97 soil, but that was a long time ago.
