Plowing half claimed land

If you plow land that's half claimed by a city(half of the tile touches the claim) you still waste your stamina but after you've drained 25% of your stamina it says the land is owned by ____. It'd be nice if it told you that before you plowed. It does this for digging too, but with digging it just keeps repeating the cycle over and over and over...
