No foods will kill you unless you are nearly out of HHP and get a "black" FEP event while eating. Check the wiki for what foods give which stats: http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/FEP_Table

I had 1 hp cuz i previously got attacked by Mouflon but the only other meat ive ever eaten was rat on a stick ive not eaten any raw meat
