constant crashes

hello everybody,
a friend and I are playing hnh since 3 days now. it is real fun, but it crashes the WHOLE time!
sometimes we are able to play for a hour, but only in very rare cases.
we really love this game, its challenging and its something complettely new but it is just soooo annoying.

thats what happening all the time:

- I start the run.bat, click log in and select my charakter. ether it crashes and im back on the login screen or im on my hearth fire and the ground is black and i cant move and stuff
- i close the client and try again, and its still happening
- sometimes it takes me half an hour to finally enter the game
- it crashes suddenly while im playing and the hole procedere starts again
- when i enter a house, it loads the inside, but as soon as i move, it crashes
- when i reload im inside and i can move, but as soon as i leave the building it crashes again and it starts again at the login screen and i have to do it over again
- and yeah, it says "you're allready logged in" when i try to login, i have to wait about 20 seconds to try this

i really, really would love to play this game, but it sucks not being able to
i allready searched your whole forum for a solution and i tried everything you recommend, did all the updating things and stuff
i play via enders client

please give me a solution!! i really despair!

looks like problems with Router / settings
try with Port forwarding - needed Ports are
TCP 1871
UDP 1870

You might also set exceptions for them in your FW

In some cases it helped to swap the router model

ok, i did the port thing you said, but the problems are still there
what else can I do.
I mean, there obviously are people, who can play this game without such problems, like I saw in the ProJared Video.
So please help me

ok, done the firewall exceptions too, but it still crashes -.-

and now i've reseted my rooter and still it doesn' work....

How do you connect your Computer to your Router? By Ethernet Cable or WiFi/Wlan?
What Router Model ? Provider?
What Antivirusprogram?

I suggest renaming your existing Ender - DL the client again and the new updater https://github.com/EnderWiggin/haven-up ... pdater.jar which you put in Ender folder - now just copy the run.bat from renamed Ender into new one, delete Update line if you have it in there , run updater.jar by doubleclicking it and when it has finished try to play

my computer is connected with ethernet via D-Lan - Network through electric cable.
Router is the Speedport W700V
Proviter T-com in Germany

antivir is avira free antivir

and i'm gonna try what you suggested

what do you mean by renaming my existing ender?
the whole folder?
or a specific data?
and which update line do i have to delete?
i'll try as good as i can

Yes rename Ender folder to i.e. Ender_x32old

no need to delete something from run.bat

avira free is no problem
