Background music won't come on

When i click "enable music" the green check pops up but no music.

you can only hear music when fishing, begin underground and by begin inside a house.

being, also the music doesn't loop so if you're inside for a long time and enable music, it's not going to start running. You have to leave then enter the house again. Also if you change level your music stops.
