Login-problem

Hello,

maybe this problem ist known and someone can help me. Nearly everytime I want to log in with one specific charakter (the one who is currently the most advanced.) I get a black screen that shows the message

Loading...

with the normal Haven-Interface, but the only thing I can do is log out. If I try to log in again, the same message shows up, when I make a new charakter or try one of the other charakters it works normally. Then if I wait roughly two days and log in again it works most of the time, but on the next day the same problem repeats itself.

Any idea why this is happening? I have my Hearth Fire in the midst of various plants that I seed could this cause the problem?

if you are using ender or any similar custom clients, try deleting belts conf file of that certain char in your haven folder. (belts_xxxxx)

if the issue youre having is what i think is happening, it happens when you often relog in with different chars with different shortcuts set at the belts.

No, I don't use any costum clients just standard Haven. I tried to delete autohaven and then start it and it didn't work, also it seems to work perfectly just after a server crash.

Make sure nothing is blocking traffic - AV, FW or Router settings

the game needs TCP port 1871 and UDP 1870 - make exceptions in Windows FW or Port forwarding in Router settings
