Can't access web page, or login ingame

My friend is having an issue where she can't access haven and hearth's web site, or log in ingame.
We've tried opening the ports, port forwarding, and setting google's DNS for her computer (the modem won't allow a dns change) and setting a proxy for java.

Short of changing ISPs does anyone else have any ideas?

Did you try to login by Https at the website?

Router reset?

Did you contact Optusnet service?

... i'd like to know what's hop No 7 (between Singapore and NY) ...

https doesn't work, my friend contacted optus and got nowhere (they admitted it was their partner's fault), as with contacting any isp.

I think she will have to change isp to be honest.

This has mysteriously been cleared up overnight. Am waiting to hear back from my isp as to what they did to fix it. The issue may have been Init7 related but will post information I get when it becomes available. Thanks for all who helped or tried to help Was awesome to have the support from you guys.
