Awful Rubberband Lag

Is anyone else getting awful lag right now?

I walked into a swamp, and while trying to catch dragonflies, my character kept rubberbanding and the dragonflies kept stopping and going.

Hopefully, it's not a swamp thing?

It's the server, happens occasionally.
