Claim Bug - Can't get off

I logged off for a few months and came back to find my claim lost, claimed over by a new owner with a massive claim and my hearth fire still there. I was logged back into my hearth spot to find my health down to 1/1/max and I can't get off. I have a lot of LP on this character and I cannot get off. Help?
