I just downloaded Haven and Hearth on my mac but whenever I load it, the game window becomes white and I cannot seem to get rid of it. Please help.

Guess it's a graphics (driver) problem

As a non computer-savvy person who just wants to play a nice-looking game, that is horrifically unhelpful to me.

Sorry i'm not an Apple Employee - you paid extreme to get their awesone intuitive support ... i'm not here to pay their debts ... yes i know you bought an Apple for that reason not be bothered with having to be computer-savvy but hey i know they cheated you ...

There's a reason why most unsolved problems around here are with Apple Machines ... and sadly also the most non computer-savvy persons that aren't even able to look at an Apple or Apple Users forum ...

i just can give you hints what you might look for ...
