I had full travel weariness and consumption of q167 wine reduced it none.

raise your agi stat, or remove your heavy armor that lowers your agi.

I didn't have much armor on and it reduced it not a single percent.

If you were too overstuffed you didn't actually drink the wine. 0.1 liters of wine fills up 1% your hunger.

check your char sheet, when your agi is negative in red number, wine wont help you.

My agility wasn't a negative number and my char wasn't overstuffed.

Your last port to hearth or crossroad or whatever was done with much higher agility than the amount you have now as you're drinking, perhaps. This would cause the same effect until you drank a lot of wine.

I drank 4 glasses, yet the travel weariness reduced literally none.
