Game blocked by Security Settings

I just watched Pro-J's old video on this and followed it's link. I registered, did the email thing, and downloaded it. I try to play, and it says my game is blocked by my security settings or something along the lines. I really want to play the game since it's really interesting, but this is like a huge faceslap. help please.

This is a common issue as of a relatively recent Java security update and it can be easily fixed.
