kick out, loding frozen

iam from germany and weve many provider here... the problem is now, that i can login and play and all is good with the con from the old provider.... but with the new provider i see an endless loading screen and my wife dont see loadings (all load fast) but she was kicked every out of the game

but the couriositi is that when we create a new char, we can play with him

what we can do that we can play with our old chars?

anyone know whats the problem ? ports, ip´s, the con from the provider

I've seen a post like regarding this somewhere, Something about an item being where you are or logging out on a boat. You tried loading at your hearthfire?

try with changing the Network settings in Java Control Panel to "direct connection" also make exceptions for
UDP Port 1870 and TCP port 1871 in your Windows firewall - enable Port Forwarding in your Router settings
if possible

Java Control Panel -> Allgemein Tab -> Netzwerkeinstellungen -> markiere Direkte Verbindung

Ausnahmen in der Windows Firewall für TCP port 1871 und UDP port 1870

Falls du einen Router hast, den du per Browser verwalten kannst, guck ob du Port Forwarding einschalten kannst

PS falls ihr mit nem custom client wie Ender spielt löscht die belts_charname.conf Dateien
