Travel Weariness Bug

My TW bar says it is full but when I try and travel it will let me so im kinda just guessing where I can and cannot go right now this happened to anyone else?

Are you traveling to your hearth? If so, I'll let you know that you can go to your hearth from anywhere.

You can also be summoned regardless of TW (As hird or criminal)

It's if im travelling anywhere the bar just stays full and eventually I wont be able to travel so I just have to guess at the moment.
