Character dissapeared from character selection screen

Hello,

I don't know if it is a bug or not. I played yesterday on my character and exited my closing the client and no through logging off. I have tried to login into my account on the other computer but on character selection screen my character disappeared. I wanted to check if it died so I choose the new character button but I don't see a stone to inherit my old character so I assume my character didnt die. Any help would be appreciated.

afaik the inquirer is always logging onto a wrong account and wonders why he/she cannot find the character and there is no bug on this.
make sure youre using the correct account, especially check capital/lowercase. (i.e. "Ghaul" and "ghaul" are considered different accounts.)
