Can't select character

I can run Autohaven and that works fine, but when I try to select my character, nothing happens. I don't even get the spawn location selector. This is the case with all my characters. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the client and I'm getting the same behavior.

And just as I'm about to finish my mansion!

I've gotten it to work by using a different internet connection. For some reason the network I was on apparently didn't like H&H.
