Well, I began my day with making a new claim for my new char miner and farmer. Out of shear boredom, I used both the characters to finish the building. One character has Yeomanry, the other does not. I'm guessing the 'Yeomanry-less' character finished the claim build and now the claim belongs to him.
I looked around and have seen no other posts involving this and I'm not sure if this was intended or not.
I can provide screen-shots to devs, though.

Intended. The last person to finish the claim receives ownership of it. However, it might be a bit buggy that a char without yeo is allowed to finish the claim
