Security Settings

Hello I don't know if I am simply doing something wrong but whenever I attempt to run the autohaven file It tells me that my my security settings have not allowed self-signed applications from running, I am running windows 8 and I do have kaspersky on my computer and I would really appreciate it if someone could solve this problem for me.
Is this the real life?
Or is it fantasy?
Caught in a landslide...

I also have have set my Java control panel settings to high
