Can't Connect to Server

When using both original and modded client when attempting to join server it displays the message "Can't Connect to Server" is this a bug, some system error, or is the server down and not showing that on the website

Server is up (and portal shows it correctly)

something in your settings (AV, FW, Router) is blocking ?

Checked firewall and added autohaven to the white-list but didn't help
Edit: also checked UDP traffic settings but they were already allowed through

I have seen people having trouble with their routers handling UDP traffic badly in general; perhaps this is your problem? If you have a router, you can try connecting your computer directly to the Internet instead of through it (if only temporarily) and see if that resolves the problem.

mostly it's with certain Speedport Routermodels from german Telekom

with connecting directly you prolly think of using the modem modus of router
