The new item transfer threshold

Postby Xcom » Mon Dec 01, 2014 1:23 am

The new threshold for transferring items is a bit low. It doesn't take much to get the boot. Even trying to transfer items between 2 cubs causes instant crash.

And no not talking about bots. Im talking about using fast transfers like alt + shift + RMB on Ender client.

Bumping this to hope loftar can see it.

I just logged into the vanilla client and used my frictionless G9 mouse scroll and tried to transfer a few items in and out of a cupboard and crashed. It's not client related and no fancy client features required to get kicked when transferring items.

This link provides the info on the mouse I used. No mouse macros used, just a frictionless scroll.

hello. I think this is affecting me as well.

I do not bot or macro or anything... when I log into my farmer to farm my crops I was logged out 2 time... one while sorting my carrots using cntl+shift and my scroll wheel. the other time was when I was planning carrots using shift+click...

I am all for anti botting mechanisms but I think just a regular person like myself shouldn't be affected like this...

Note: the other farmer in our village also was getting kicked while farming as well.

Yes this is happening with me too, no matter what I'm using. And I don't bot. It's frustrating trying to get my crops done. Booted over and over... Time for bed ...

edited to add: I am using a logitech m325 mouse. Don't know if that's relevant.

I used my beautiful proteus core mouse and lost connection? :(

Any random mouse works. Apparently its enough to transfer an inventory of items into a cupboard and you crash.

I'm not sure if this is related, but I get kicked randomly while walking in swamp, no scrolling at all.

Ender - old Logitech MX510 (frictionless scroll) - no problems transfering an inventory of items into a cupboard and vice versa (or other containers) - equal what button+scroll combination i use

borka can you try transfer the items in and out fast 4-5 times using fast transfers. It might be region related.
