Village chat ghost message! SPOOKY

Well whenever Im out of village chat in craft menu or something the village chat will light up orange as if someone sent a message. Now I know this sounds normal and all, BUT NO ONE ELSE IS IN MY VILLAGE OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Scary right? Was wondering why?

Village chat is a alternative chat that can be used to talk with your people that have been added to that village.

Edit:to talk normally press default and to switch back press the village in the chat box

I know what Village chat is and how to use it. I was wondering if its on default client because the only result of search I got for village chat was a suggestion to add it, and it was never decided upon in the thread. I have not used the default client(The play button on the website) and I thought maybe village chat was added on these custom clients.
Sorry if I sounded rude, I am just not sure you understood what I was asking.

i'd suggest to install a second Apoc (different folder name) for a test - do not copy over anything and try whether it does too

If it's doing the same and it annoys you post in Apoc thread so Xcom can look into it
