I was not able to replicate your bug. And with the switching of frames it does look manipulated.

i dont think is a bug , when u aim , i assume,the server loads a arrow from ur quiver to bow, so u can throw ur quiver but the arrow is in your bow.. we can consider a bug if the quiver dont lost arrows meanwhile u use that..
