Killing players even without Rage?

Postby the_portals » Fri Apr 17, 2015 3:25 am

I found a friend in possession of a pearl (conveniently after one of mine went missing) and he claims his account is "bugged"and he killed someone and stole it, even though he doesn't have Rage or Theft. Is there any possible way he did kill someone and stole it, or did he just take it from my chests?

Maybe he lured a bear into someone? Really unlikely though, he is probably lying.

MrGreen did something very similar to me way back when.

Unless your friends had scents (summoning), and the perpetrator had no HF, and the body decayed, there is no way he could have done what he claims, without a single scent.

Although I'm not sure, a friend of mine said that you can't even force summon someone (without HF) unless you have rage.

Unless they can produce the skull, area of killing/summoning, or even one piece of the victims gear, then it would be best to dispose of them in a (very) swift manner, as thieves are most likely to rob again.
