Unable To Launch the Application

When I try to start the game, it says "Unable to Launch The Application". So I pressed more details and it said "Unable to load resource: http://www.havenandhearth.com/java/haven-res.jnlp" . So I tried downloading Java 8 and then it still didn't work. I don't know what to do, does someone know?
