leashed animal, info option, unleashed.

For the record. (mine I guess.)

Either:
1) Bull (presuming all leash capable animals) get unleashed when Info options on them is activated.
or
2) Menu(server) on leashed animal don't gets updated to unleashed after Info options on animal is opened. (its probably this one)

- Not sure if it matters who is opening the Info option (animal leasher or other character). Assuming it don't matters.
