respawning campfire (no, not hearth fire)

Since 2 or 3 server crashes ago, I have an oddity in my base:
During one of the server crashes, I was roasting meat over a campfire. After the crash, the campfire was still there, but no longer burned. I relit it, and finished roasting my meats. The fire burnt out.
However, when the server comes back on, and I log in, I find that the campfire has respawned. I can light it again and roast on it.

Also, I stuck a torch in a torchholder and lit it, and after the server came back online, the torch was gone from it

The server might have rolled back to a point when the fire was built but not lit. Otherwise, there seems to be a tendency for torchposts and candelabras to reset when the server crashes. Whether a fire would be reset in the same way, I couldn't tell you. I'd think the ash residue on the ground might be considered the same object, though.
Come back two hours earlier.

no the OP is right, it happens all the time, a lit fire after a crash is now an unlit fire. maybe its because the woodpiles is a perminate object but the fire isn't so only permanent stuff gets saved after a crash.
