Not very common but I've heard of it happening to other people. Never seen it myself. How did you achieve this?

No idea, I just noticed while I was taming this cow. (stupid thing destroyed my pants, my shoes, and 2/3 of my bronze plate armor.)

Ive had this happen to an alt of mine. Traveling to hearth seemed to reset it back to where it should be.

I just had this happen to an alt of mine yesterday actually. As seizure said, traveling to hearth seems to fix it.

Well, i've noticed that happen just when i log in. Anyway, relogging resolves the problem.

I would imagine that it might happen if you lose Agility somehow; like removing a buffing item or somesuch.
