harvesting vs plowed land

For the last few days after harvesting the land still looks plowed, even if that patch of land is not. I find out by not being given the ability to plant on that patch of 'plowed' land. Beginning any plowing seems to correct any other farm land that needs plowing but doesn't appear to. Is this a bug or some kind of lag? Anyone else getting annoyed at this?

It's a lack of map updating after decay hits. if you plow or otherwise manually change a tile it will update.
