Thing just crashed on me when I clicked the pole. Shut right down and gave me that error thing.
Anyone else click on their claiming pole after enabling this? Granted this was around an hour and a half AFTER I enabled it, but I clicked just now, BAM.
[02:31] <WorkerDrone> Kinky. [02:31] <Malicus> Actually, it's more like it destroyed his pants. [02:31] <WorkerDrone> Even more kinky. [02:32] <Malicus> Yes.
I took a food break right after this, and about twenty minutes later I'm still logged in, and it won't let me log in. Could a dev make my character be NOT logged in? Because I really don't think it's good if I'm standing around logged out...
I kicked you out of the game. Loftar should take a look at what caused it.

All that should be necessary to avoid that crash is just to play with the latest version of the client (which Java should fix for you whenever you restart it).
As for Malicus' problem, on the other hand, I can't really say what caused it. All I see is that it authenticated, but then never connected, and I can't really tell why. Did it tell you something?

It errored when it crashed, and when I tried relogging (though this was about twenty minutes later), it just told me that the character was already logged in.
Indeed, now that I look in the logs, it never timed you out. That's very weird... Maybe your crashed client didn't exit entirely, remaining in the background and keeping the connection alive. It sounds weird, but I can't really think of any other reason...

Oh. I think I know of -something- that may have to do with this. I forgot to close the "error reported" window until after I re-opened the client. Maybe that was the trigger that didn't happen?
