character is GONE!!

last night i finished building my two huts and planting my crops - on my claimed land. i put my character to bed in her hut and when i went to log in today her character login is gone! just gone. i've tried reopening the server several times, i decided to wait a few hours to see if there was just some glitch, but its still not there now. I dont understand whats gone wrong?? she's just gone! :? has anyone come across this before?

Thats generally what happens when theres a CHARACTER AND MAP RESET.
