Glitched Inventory

I was planting some seeds from a seedbag, and, as the cursor switched to one of the seeds, I decided to drop it in my inventory. It got all glitchy, instead of putting down the seed it placed a toad, with my cursor still holding the seed, the toad moving every time I tried to put the seed down. Eventually giving up, I tried dropping the seed... And the server crashed.

I log back in half an hour and a half later. I had about 4 or 5 seed bags, my gate key, and a filled waterskin before... Now I have two pairs of IDENTICALLY filled seed bags, and the toad. My key is missing.
