You need a fully equipped rod

When i try and fish, it tells me i need a fully equiped fishing rod. Considering i was fishing about 5 mins ago fine it was a little perplexing. I decided to use all new materials to make a new rod, lure and line, and i get the same error. Anybody else getting this error.

First, you will lose items when you fish. I lose more hooks than anything, followed by string and then lures. Have some replacements on hand.

Second, do you have a hook? You need one even with a lure.

At least you haven't tried for five minutes to fish before you realizing that you needed to equip the damn thing. Durr.
