So I'm playing on a different computer and when I'm opening it, it says.

"Failed to validate certificate. Application will not be executed."

HELP. This is the only game I can possibly play here.

I would guess that that computer's system time is simply set wrong. If it is outside the validity interval of any of the certificates, it would prevent its validation.
