There is a minor bug with claim texts.

When you try to interact with a personal claim of a person who is not on your kinlist, if the claim is under village influence, instead of displaying the normal "This claim belongs to someone." you get a "This land is owned by <Village>" - even if you are member of the said village!

Also, you can get the "Now entering <Village>" text inside houses.

Just a small addition I noticed. When you leave town in a boat you will get the leaving town message not when you actually pass its borders, but when you leave the boat.
