Cant log in

Well like the title says the server is up yes but i cant even get to the page where you log in every time i try i get a message saying save file or find it online. Tried both neither work. Even redownloaded java and still no luck. Im useing windows 7 so if anyone could help plz tell me.
My motions are swift as a eagle, on my worst day I am still Lethal. No challenge, only start me when you learn the ripples of a butterflies heartbeat.
