Prints of Assault, Battery, and Murder persist after the passing of the perpetrator they pertain to.

Working as intended?

The scents should however say that "the perperator is dead" when you try to track them. Didn't do that any more, the last time I tested.

They say that if the character has drowned, or the body has disappeared somehow. Otherwise it points to the body. I am pretty sure it is intended.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's intended. I believe I recall a discussion wherein jorb said as much and I distinctly remember trekking across the first world with Potjeh in tow only to find a pre-murdered Rugs.
